<h2 class="red sub-header">Return Policy</h2>
<p>TRU-SPEC® will honor a 30-day return period on all our products purchased from this website. You may return any unwashed and/or unaltered merchandise to our warehouse within 30 days of the receipt of your product. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 10-14 business days from receipt of goods for refunds to be applied. Products returned that have been washed or altered will be returned to the customer and return postage charged to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please see our full warranty policy for any further inclusions.</p>
<p>TRU-SPEC® will charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns from wholesale/dealers and on orders $500 or above. (aside from defects)</p>
<p>Postage will only be refunded on returns due to product defects or errors in shipping. No postage refunds will be given due to personal tastes or sizing issues. In the event that the style being returned is no longer available, a product of equal value may be requested.</p>
<p>TRU-SPEC® will only honor returns on orders placed directly on truspec.com and not from any of our outside distributors. Any returns from purchases made via our distributors must go through the store of purchase. If you are not getting a satisfactory response from the store of purchase, please contact our customer service department for assistance. Shipping charges will only be covered by TRU-SPEC® in the event of a return of a defective product or shipping error.</p>
<p>Please follow the garments washing and handling instructions carefully as TRU-SPEC® will not approve returns due to damages caused by improper handling or misuse of our products or from normal wear and tear.</p>
<p>All sales of closeout products are final and are not eligible for return.</p>
