<p>ATLANCO, LLC warrants our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase. This warranty covers defects of workmanship and materials for the practical lifetime of the product. Warranty <strong>DOES NOT</strong> cover damage caused by accidents, explosions, fire, gunshots, chemical spills, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure, or extensive use. If you suspect a defect in workmanship or materials of ATLANCO, LLC products, you may send in the product for a warranty evaluation, a return authorization is required before sending in.</p>
<p>H20 Outerwear carries a warranty of 2 years for commercial/individual use, and 1 year for military use from the time of original purchase from an authorized ATLANCO, LLC reseller. If the garment should fail due to material or manufacturer defect, within warranty coverage, ATLANCO, LLC will repair or replace at our option.</p>
<h2 class="red">Return Authorization Required</h2>
<p>Should a warranty claim become necessary please e-mail <a href="mailto:tswo@atlanco.com">tswo@atlanco.com</a> for a return authorization number with <strong>RETURN AUTHORIZATION</strong> in the subject line.</p>
<p>The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Merchandise must arrive prepaid along with the original proof of purchase (receipt), the assigned return authorization is valid for 30-days and will be voided after that period has expired.</p>

<p>ATLANCO, LLC cannot be held liable for lost inbound packages. This warranty supersedes all previous ATLANCO, LLC. warranties. ATLANCO, LLC has the final disposition on all warranty claims.</p>
