These shorts are exactly the same as their BDU pants. Love everything about them! Deep pockets and the addition of the drop in pockets behind the cargo pockets are damn handy for a cell phone or a couple AR15 mags! GREAT product, thank you Truspec!!! I just got a pair of these shorts. The front pockets are roomy enough to pocket carry ccw. I would lose the flaps on the rear pockets and add velcro to the cargo pockets instead of the buttons. They may not be perfect but they are the best available.Posted: July 13, 2016

Shorts are good quality. Belt loops are weak, one came loose in the dryer on the first wash so be careful with them.
