I work in a hot factory and have to carry small tools on me all the time.. And I am very short & small.. These shorts are awesome.. The fit and length is perfect.. I can carry everything I need..

I basically live in EMS pants between jobs snd want some shorts for teaching in thr summer months. Waist is true to size, length is great! However, the crotch m/ butt seam are very uncomfortable and ride up. It feels as though they are cut high in the back and low in the front. There is minimal mobility.

Finally Tru-Spec has women's shorts that are stretchy and flex when you move. They fit great and true to size. I don't really use the cargo pockets but just like the Ascent pants that dropN pocket is clutch! The Ranger Green is strangely more flattering than I thought it would be. I'd prefer a 4.5" or 5" inseam but the 6" is really not terrible. The 6" inseam is very professional.
