Thank you for shopping with Tru-Spec. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding shipping for all orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and we do not offer international shipping unless specified.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days after receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note that order processing may take longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:

Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-5 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, especially during high-demand seasons.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location. You will see the total shipping cost before confirming your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to update in the carrier's system. You can track your order through the tracking link provided.
6. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure that orders are shipped promptly, certain factors outside of our control (such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes) may cause delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or any other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for shipping errors or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you realize that you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at Orders@truspec.com.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. In the case of damaged or missing items, we are happy to help you resolve the issue. Please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 2 days of receiving the damaged package for further assistance.
9. International Orders
For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply, depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for customs delays or fees.
